  • It's simple! You can choose from our weekly rotating menu and select the meals you want. Once you place your order, our chefs prepare your meals, which are then delivered to your home on Sunday Morning. All you need to do is heat and enjoy!

  • Our meals are always delivered fresh, not frozen. They are designed to stay fresh in your fridge and can easily be reheated when you’re ready to eat.

  • Our menu is updated weekly with new dishes to keep things exciting and to offer you a variety of flavors and options.

  • We offer both one-time orders and subscription plans. With a subscription, you can enjoy regular deliveries and benefits such as discounts and the convenience of auto-renewal. However, if you prefer, you can order meals as needed without any commitment.

  • If you would like to cancel your subscription or take some time off you can email our customer service at hello@getelevatedmeals.com and request to cancel.

  • Your subscription will auto-renew every 7 days from your initial sign-up date. This means you’ll be charged weekly on the same day you originally subscribed.

    📌 Example:

    • If you signed up on a Monday, your next payment will be processed the following Monday and every Monday after that.

    • If you signed up on a Wednesday, your payment will come out every Wednesday moving forward.

    🔔 Reminder: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time

  • To receive your meals on Sunday morning, you must place your order by Thursday at 7 PM PST.

    📌 Example:

    • If you order before Thursday at 7 PM, your meals will be delivered on the upcoming Sunday.

    • If you order after Thursday at 7 PM (e.g., on Friday, Saturday, or later), your meals will be delivered on the following Sunday, not the upcoming one.
